Every Aznar ebony weapon is carefully handcrafted to meet the high
standards demanded by international martial arts experts.
Even the Plain style is a sight to behold.

"STANDARD ENGRAVING "

The "STANDARD DRAGON" is hand carved on both sides of the tsuka (handle) for large bladed weapons. On smaller bladed weapons it is carved on both sides of the blade, whereas staffed weapons have the engraving
on the opposite ends.

"STANDARD WRAPPED ENGRAVING"

This engraving is similar to the Wrapped Engraving on the Staff-like weapons, except with this style, the engraving is carved so that it wraps around about 10-12 inches on each end of the long weapon.

"FULL WRAPPED ENGRAVING"

This is an exquisite carving that flows around the weapons from the butt-end of the tsuka (handle) and covers 1/3 of the weapon's length towards the bladed end. On small bladed weapons the engraving wraps around the blade and staffed weapons have it from end to end.

The "FULL CARVED HANDLE ENGRAVING "

Exquisite and detailed engraving will be carved into the handle of your weapon so that it will be carved into a 3-dimensional head of one of many animals (please see Engraving Designs for options).
